Short-Term Intensive Therapy

In some cases, I am able to work with some individuals who come from another region, or country for a short period. Sessions can be arranged to meet your time frame, such as double sessions over a number of consecutive days. Often, much can be accomplished in such short-term work. Then, suggestions can be made for incorporating the gains into work done with your regular therapist if you have one.

Local therapists often refer their patients to Dr. Becker to address a particular issue or problem with clinical hypnosis or EMDR. Some patients continue seeing their regular therapist while working with Dr. Becker for a short period of time; some clents take a short break from seeing their regular therapist, and then return when the work with Dr. Becker is completed. These decisions are made very carefully while the patient, the referring therapist, and Dr. Becker collaborate closely.

Convenient day, evening, and Saturday appointments are available.
